HPEPH is now booking appointments for those currently eligible for COVID-19 vaccination as part of Phase 1 of Ontario’s vaccination rollout. Health care workers identified as Highest and Very High Priority (as per Ministry of Health) are currently eligible in our region.
Please note everyone is required to bring an OHIP card or any government-issued photo ID (if no OHIP card) to confirm their appointment. For occupation-based priority groups, please bring a workplace ID to confirm your eligibility. Public Health takes vaccine prioritization seriously. Providing false information may result in the cancellation of your appointment and notification to the appropriate regulatory college.
