Winter is coming whether we like it or not!
However, not everyone can get up and tackle the snow.
The City of Belleville is sending out the call for more snow angels.
The snow angel program is designed to help match volunteers with those in need of some help shoveling. The program is not something the City of Belleville runs directly.
Volunteers in Belleville will be receiving a free snow angels toque from the City.
