It is great to have new music from Bethany Schumacher and Jared Salte! They were the last band to perform an acoustic set in-person at 91X studio before the pandemic began.
This is the title track from their upcoming album which will be out on June 17. The Royal Foundry will be performing at the Horseshoe Tavern in Toronto on June 10 as apart of Canadian Music Week.
Here’s what Bethany and Jared had to say about this new track in a statement,
“We wanted to shed light into the emotions we all face on a day to day, hidden or not, and normalize the importance of mental health. For years, we would say to each other, ‘Highs and Lows!’ A comforting statement we shared in reference to our personal lives and the music industry. Experiencing highs and lows is a given, but what’s crucial is learning how to handle them before you get handled.”
