The Hastings County Historical Society is bringing back public presentations for the first time since the start of the pandemic.
The first presentation will take place on Tuesday, September 20 at Maranatha Church in Belleville.
The presentation will start at 7:30 p.m. in the main auditorium. The event is free.
Brighton historian Dan Buchanan will be speaking about Ben Kerr. He was one of the rumrunners travelling across Lake Ontario during prohibition.
Local author and historian Orland French will also be receiving the Gerry Boyce Award.
