Chef Scott Royce from the Loyalist College Culinary department, joined us this week for an update.
Staff and students are getting ready for another edition of “The Art of Flavour.” Guest Chefs from across the region come in to assist students with preparing and presenting a fabulous dinner for the community at Resto 213, the restaurant located at Loyalist College in Belleville.
Tickets are on sale now for the next event, which will be held on Friday, November 25th. Chef Amanda Ray from the Drake Devonshire will be at the helm for the third dinner of the annual culinary series. Drink pairings for this event will be from Closson Chase.
The cost is just $55 per person and can be purchased through Eventbrite.
Chef Scott also shared with us an update about the renovations, Resto 213 and the Market… which continues to be open to the public.
