Restaurants in downtown Belleville are getting ready for a soup contest!
The 19th annual “Savour The Chill” event will take place on Saturday, February 25.
Chef Karin Desveaux from the Loyalist College Culinary program will be one of the judges this year.
The soup contest will take place across downtown Belleville from noon to 3 p.m.
Restaurants will compete for the People’s Choice Award and Judge’s Choice Award.
Guests are encouraged to bring their own spoons to reduce waste.
