The Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation has announced how much money was raised from the John Smylie Memorial Golf Classic last week.
The annual event at the Oak Hills Golf Club featured 58 teams. Staff have announced in a statement, that the event brought in $103,193. Proceeds will go to the urology department at Trenton Memorial Hospital.
The winning 50/50 number was 8937907.
“The foundation is overwhelmed with the support it has received from our community. From the Smylie family to the sponsors, players and volunteers, it is evident how important Trenton Memorial Hospital is to them all and having access to quality health care close to home,” said Wendy Warner, Executive Director of TMH Foundation.
