The Quinte region is under a Special Weather Statement from Environment Canada as we get ready for spring showers.
The storm is expected to start bringing rain to Belleville this afternoon. Environment Canada is calling for 5 mm of rain today with a high of 10 Celsius.
Another 15 to 25 mm of rain is in the forecast overnight and again on Wednesday.
We could very well see snow again on Thursday as he hover just above the freezing mark.
