It’s election season in Tyendinaga.
The Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte will elect a new Chief and six councillors in December.
Over the weekend, the official nomination process was held.
Current Chief R. Don Maracle is seeking re-election against Andrew Miracle and Zachariah Miracle.
There are 19 people running for six council seats.
