The latest single on the charts for Juno-Award winning band Arkells, first appeared in December. The band continues to tease that a new album is on the way.
“The pull of money is hard to escape. It’s tangled up in vanity, competition, ego, and dreams of the future — but it’s a godless place to live. There are so many invisible forces that guide us, and we’re trying to keep money from sitting too high on the list. We felt like the song was almost there, when we realized John from Portugal. The Man––our favourite American with a streak rebellion––was exactly the voice to bring it home,” said Arkells frontman Max Kerman, in a statement.
