Some school buses are running today, as the forecast has changed slightly overnight here in Quinte.
STSCO has cancelled all school buses today in their entire coverage area further west of us. Mohawk Buses are also off the road. Tri-Board Transportation buses are running today, however some delays are being reported.
Environment Canada says that the snow and ice pellets will start at noon, instead of earlier on this morning as originally forecasted. Belleville could see between 5 to 10 cm of snow today with a high of -1 Celsius. A snowfall warning continues for the broader region. Tonight, a risk of freezing drizzle and another 5 cm of snow is expected with a low of -3 Celsius.
Loyalist College is open today, but FNTI in Tyendinaga has announced they will close at noon.
