A transport truck driver has been charged this week in connection to a collision back in February, that sent two paramedics to hospital with injuries.
On February 2nd, a two-vehicle collision took place in Madoc, at the intersection of Highway 7 and Highway 62.
The collision involved a transport truck and ambulance. The two paramedics were airlifted to a Kingston trauma centre with life-threatening injuries.
This week, Central Hastings OPP charged the driver of the transport truck. The 34-year-old form Milton is charged with two counts each of dangerous operation, criminal negligence, and careless driving causing bodily harm.
He has a Belleville court date on October 1st.
